Ontario, Canada Marriage Registers by Clergy, 1896-1948

Ancestry has made available a collection of 18 volumes of marriage registers compiled by the clergy under the Ontario Registration Act of 1896. These are from microfilm MS 248, Reels 18-20. Archives of Ontario, and indexed by Ancestry World Archives Project contributors.

The registers contain over 12,000 marriages and cover the years 1896 to 1948. Most of the registers were compiled by Baptist, Methodist, and Presbyterian ministers.

But where are they? I thought they would be on Ancestry.com (the link from your article). The card index has four marriage register entries for Ontario, none is this free one.
