Do we have to be an organization for this offer, or can an individual access this as well?

Jenny: An individual should be able to take advantage.

Just register with a fictional organization. At the next screen "Thank you for registering!", use the drop down menu beneath the logo at the top right and select the database you want. Works for me!

I think they keep changing the site. At first I tried to register and it said I had to add a widget whatever that is to my website which I don't have. But now it says you can either "access the products below" OR add the widget. So if you click on the "Gale News Vault" on the site now, it seems you don't have to have the widget after all. And I don't think you have to register now either.
