Genea-Cyberquote

It's a long weekend in Canada so here's a puzzle to solve, a quotation of genealogical significance. Decode it by replacing each letter with the correct one -- thus:

NGENNLU
becomes
ADVAARK

The above is not the letter correspondence in this puzzle.

UKCHCKDSV HXG KSTKVMGSVHFBG KS CWG BKLGBI GJGSC CWHC IDQ SGGT CD ZKST H XGUDXT HAHKS.

HBKVDS WHXG

(Congratulations to Randy Seaver, Randy's Musings is a permanent link, who not only solved it within a couple of hours of posting, but also pointed out my transcription error - now corrected.)

What is an advaark? Aardvark?
Is this it? CITATIONS ARE INDISPENSABLE IN THE LIKELY EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO FIND A RECORD AGAIN.
Some fun. Thanks :-) And, yes, it is true! Mostly what I do in genealogy is teaching beginners, and helping them develop the good habit of documenting sources, for credibility and for their own benefit, is really high up there in my teaching objectives.

Five stars for this post, John! I totally agree with the passage even if I couldn’t read a word of it. Another five stars to damarisfish for starting her students on the right foot!
