I've written previously of my admiration for the work of Colleen Fitzpatrick who spoke at last year's BIFHSGO conference. She recently added on her
Identifinders' blog the four-part story of a child victim of the Titanic disaster and how her research was able to identify him. The work was completed in 2008. You may have already heard her present the story, but I have no hesitation in recommending revisiting it to learn how it's done.
