An alternate free source for the 1891 census is FreeCEN which has 100% coverage for Bedfordshire, Cornwall, Devon, Sussex and Warwickshire and partial coverage for some other English and Welsh counties. While not a full transcript it does provide the additional information on marital status and occupation and an ability to view information for everyone in the household
