England, Norfolk Bishop's Transcripts, 1685-1941 of baptisms, marriages and burials from the Archdeaconaries of Norwich and Norfolk are arranged in yearly bundles, with some multi-year bundles. Within a year they are arranged by church, and divided alphabetically by parish range, A-D, E-H, etc. Be aware that you may find some anomoilies, such as East Dereham filed under Dereham. There are 210,155 images in total. This is a dataset that cries out for better indexing, so that you can find a parish of interest more easily and would make a good online volunteer project if the experts at FamilySearch could figure out how to implement it.
England, Norfolk Poor Law Union Records, 1796-1900 is another big dataset, 138,680 images. There's a helpful file at http://goo.gl/gsMDo which describes the dataset more fully. The data is divided by Poor Law Union, if you don't know which Union contains your parish of interest check the map at http://maps.familysearch.org/. For Rockland All Saints Workhouse in the Wayland Union there is a birth register and Board of Guardians minutes. Much of the information in the latter records financial transactions such as funds for clothing to a named person.
