Just added at deceasedonline.com are records for 150 years of interments at East Staffordshire Borough Council's Stapenhill cemetery, from 1866, and at Rolleston Cemetery since 1975 which has just 511 burials.
Stapenhill, a grade II listed site, is described as "good example of a High Victorian (1864-66) public cemetery for a provincial town. Designed in formal style based on a pattern of interlocking circular paths and drives set on a sloping site overlooking the River Trent." It has about 50,000 burials including 137 commemorated by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, listed as the CWGC database as Burton on Trent Cemetery.
The records for each burial recorded comprise burial register scans and grave details showing all occupants in each grave.
