To celebrate the launch of over 10 million new Irish Catholic Parish Registers, all 110 million Irish records on Findmypast are free to view until 7 March.
Unlike the Ancestry collection released today this Findmypast release is specifically for baptisms. The majority of Catholic records are for baptisms.
Findmypast describe the new additions as "40 million names, 3,500 registers and over 1,000 parishes", "one of the most important Irish record collections available online covering over 200 years from 1671-1900."
Findmypast access to all Irish collections will be free until 11.59pm (GMT) on Monday 7th March, 2016 with registration.

Hi John,
I have been digging into Irish records on FMP this week, and ended up on http://www.rootsireland.ie managed by the Irish Family History Foundation. Have you used this subscription site? Do you think it has unique records that aren't on FMP or Ancestry?
I see that they are also having a discount for the entire month in celebration of St. Patty's Day :)
Your thoughts on this would be welcome!
