Have a Story to Tell? Your Personal Memoirist Is Here is an article in Wednesday's New York Times by Alina Tugend. It features some of the almost 600 members of the Association of Personal Historians (APH) which unites those, mainly writers, who help people tell their personal history. Like the Association of Professional Genealogists, members subscribe to a code of ethics but there is no assessment of competency required for membership. The President of APH is Ottawa-based Bill Horne, one of 23 Canadian members, 15 of them in Ontario,
