Findmypast adds Scots Guards Records

Over 4,000 records are added to the British Army Service Records collection at Findmypast for the- Scots Guards, 1799-1939. They're included in the general British Army Service Records collection and must be in addition to the existing Scots Guards records which now total 64,705.

Other additions in the rather meagre pickings this week are:

Queensland, Mackay, funeral notices and funeral director records (over 44,000 records)

Pennsylvania baptisms 1709-1760 (4,500 records)

Pennsylvania burials 1816-1849 (over 1,000 records)

United States Marriages (17,059 records)

Irish Newspapers, Tyrone Courier, Mayo Constitution (177,208 articles).
