Ancestry adds UK, Absent Voters Lists, 1918-1925, 1939

Absent Voters Lists were introduced in 1915 to enable servicemen and women to vote by proxy or by post when away from home on active service. They record the civilian address and often the individual’s regiment, number and rank.
