  1. Worth looking out for the next Scottish Indexes Conference on Saturday 11 July 2020. It's the latest in a very good lockdown series that has been plugging a gap in the Scottish genealogical calendar.

Talks include "Techniques for Solving Genealogy Problems", "Getting the best out of the National Library of Scotland website" (a fantastic resource), and "Uncovering the Collections of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh" (where such a large proportion of early North American doctors trained).

The event is running twice in the day, the second starting at 10 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
