Opinion: on self-serving LAC

Sometimes I wonder if I'm overly harsh on LAC, then I read this:

Every time I visit LAC, I get the feeling from most staff that they would prefer I not bother them with my requests for help. The only people that seem glad to see us are the commissionaires at the security desk.
