Online checkout in real life

Having been through the agony of the Air Canada online reservation system recently this hit a chord. I hope it doesn't give LAC management any ideas

I'm in a life-and-death online struggle with the National Archives today, so I'm howling at this one! (I think Blacks Photography has been using this for reference...)

Self-service checkout at LAC can't be much worse than some of the service with "tellers" of late.
