Poll Results: Conference or Seminars?

It couldn't be closer.

Asked which type of program would you be most likely to patronize if your family history society were to offer it in addition to monthly meetings there was a tie.

30% favoured "An annual multi-day conference with a variety of talks in parallel sessions"
30% responded "A multi-day conference on a less than annual basis with frequent one-day themed seminars throughout the year."
23% answered "No preference, I'll take advantage of whatever's on offer"
17% preferred "Several one-day themed seminars throughout the year."

My interpretation is that people like conferences although they need not be on an annual basis. More people want one-day themed seminars especially if organized in a overall program that includes an annual or less frequent conference.
