Familysearch.org now have transcriptions of 4.1 million Cheshire parish registers
Cheshire researchers are fortunate. Since June 2010 FamilySearch have added the following Cheshire record sets (number of records) to their collection:

Ancestry, Deceasedonline and FindMyPast all have Cheshire records. UKBMD have a listing of sources for the county.
