Ancestry's largest military databases are for the US:
U.S. Marine Corps Muster Rolls, 1798-1958 with 39,841,896 records
U.S. World War II Navy Muster Rolls, 1938-1949 with 33,039,901 records
U.S., World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918 with 24,613,963 records.
Other largest military databases are:
For the UK, WWI Service Medal and Award Rolls, 1914-1920 has 6,526,145 records.
For Canada, Nominal Rolls and Paylists for the Volunteer Militia, 1857-1922 contains 1,609,017 records.
For Australia, WWI Service Records, 1914-1920 has 375,921 records, and
For Germany, Bavaria, Germany, WWI Personnel Rosters, 1914-1918 (in German) has 8,389,439 records.
