Say/don’t say sorry

The Globe and Mail publishes two letters with opposite opinions on the desirability of the Canadian government apologizing for its historic involvement in the migration of Home Children from Britain to Canada.

Another apology makes as much sense as asking Italy to apologize for the Romans having invaded Britain. Times change. What was once thought appropriate no longer is. Get used to it. Cheers.
