There's a new blog added to my links list in the left hand column. It's The Family Recorder by UK National Archives genealogy specialist Audrey Collins. I had the pleasure of hearing her speak, almost a command performance, at one of these about a year ago and hope to do so again in the not too distant future. You can catch several of her talks in the TNA podcast series.
Her blog is by no means official for TNA blog although she does included mention of events such as the regular Thursday seminars, and TNA and other speakers at next month's Who Do You Think You Are - Live in London.
Recently she lamented the disappearance of the British Isles, not the islands but the region that was in old FamilySearch and no long is available in New FamilySearch. I agree, and wonder why England doesn't warrant its own region.
