New Brunswick Scottish History

The New Brunswick Scottish History website at launched on November 30, 2014. Phase 1 contains 1851 and 1861 census records for Albert, Carleton, Gloucester, Kent, Queens, Sunbury and,Victoria counties; teachers lists, land grants and more.

Other census counties, including Northumberland and Saint John which had the largest Scottish origin populations, will be added in 2015.

A Teachers’ Resource Centre is expected to be added this month.
