Agreed John. The last time I was there it took a long time to even FIND a machine which worked properly. Even the staff were embarrassed by how bad it looks. But what can they do but shrug? Cheers, BT

I remember when someone put a date on the "Out of Order" notice on one of the microfiche readers. Eventually, as nothing was done to repair the reader, I submitted a suggestion that LAC host a party to celebrate the first anniversary of this event and that the press be invited. The next time I looked at the reader it had been repaired. I suspect that some of the readers date back to the building on Sussex Drive!
