As in previous years the venue is McGill University, this time at the New Residence Hall. That's a healthy one mile walk from the train station. There's good Via Rail service from Ottawa, Toronto, points east and west plus Amtrak service from New York City.

Taking the word of "Tristou Montreal" on tripadviser.ca, the New Residence Hall is "located at the corner of Parc and Prince-Arthur, so less than a 10-minute walk to the Place des Arts métro 4 or 5 blocks south. No shortcuts to get there -- you just walk down Parc.

It is a short taxi drive from the Montreal Train Station to McGill University located in the heart of downtown Montreal
