New reservations starting the week of 8 March can be made starting 22 February. Researchers who had reservations in January that were cancelled due to the closure will be contacted shortly to reschedule between 23 February and 5 March. There is no mention regarding microfilm access which was closed prior to the current lockdown.

They do not really tell one much. The page telling you about the reopening directs you to another page: For region-specific details and information on how to book your visit, consult the Reopening Library and Archives Canada web page. Unfortunately all that page tells you about the Ottawa location is that it is closed. One hopes that before 22 February, the date when you are supposed to be able to start booking a time slot at LAC they will give a little more information.
