This fills a gap at Library and Archives Canada in the free access to indexed records including the massive early 20th century immigration.
To search by Port of Entry and/or year of entry click on Any under Search with a Life Event and fill in the boxes under Any Place and Any Year (Range).
LAC has name indexed databases
Passenger Lists for the Port of Quebec City, 1865-1900, and
Passenger Lists and Border Entries, 1925-1935 - Nominal Indexes
as well as specialised lists such as those for Home Children. That leaves a gap at LAC which is covered by a database Passenger Lists, 1865-1922 not name indexed, only indexed by ship, data and port.
Ancestry has long covered the period with a name indexed database Canadian Passenger Lists, 1865-1935.
