Sadly the educational session that preceded it, given by Ken McKinlay and Glenn Wright, was not successfully recorded.

John, Glenn and Ken's session wasn't intended to be recorded. It involved interaction with audience members who typically don't use microphones. Furthermore there was no slide presentation.
